Brian Innes has a strong construction background having been in the industry for over 20 years both as a Construction Manager and as an Owner of a successful joinery company. He has excellent field experience having learnt the trade through training as a joiner himself working on large construction projects throughout the Highlands & Islands.

As Construction Director of Ness Homes, Brian manages a team working to accomplish multiple projects for Clients. Brian’s leadership skills provide him with the unique ability to cultivate a team environment to successfully manage the project. He has an extremely high standard and sets realistic goals to deliver a high quality project on time and within budget. Brian is a natural instructor and able to teach and train younger members of the team providing them with excellent skills. Brian has exceptional communication skills and is an excellent facilitator which allows him to maintain a cooperative environment throughout the process.

Mark Hornby has over 20 years experience of working with in the architectural industry including conservation of historic buildings. Having run his own successful architectural business for over 12 years with a diverse portfolio both in the public and private sector across the Highlands and indeed London and Manchester. 

Having experience in an array of projects large and small, he is more than equipped to deal with all architectural, design and construction elements required under Ness Homes Ltd.

Having completed and aided clients, new and repeat to deliver in excess of 100 private homes over a twelve year span, Mark shows no shortage of design and building experience. With a keen eye for detail and quality, and a passion for design, this allows clients to gain a home or extension beyond the expectations and indeed aspirations.
