The management team’s motivation behind creating Ness Homes was based on a mutual dissatisfaction with the traditional building operation where architects, surveyors and contractors might not necessarily work closely together. This could lead to unpleasant surprises for the client when designer’s estimates and contractor’s bill’s fail to match. Ness Homes aims to avoid these problems by having the elements of design, costing and construction working together from the beginning of a project.
